    Accommodation Rules

    This document establishes the procedure for booking, accommodation, accommodation and services in the hotel Gzhatsk.
    The hotel is intended for temporary residence of citizens for a period agreed upon with the administration of the hotel. Upon the expiration of the agreed period, the resident is obliged to vacate the room. If you wish to extend the period of stay, you must inform the hotel’s cashier at least 2 hours before checkout time – 12 hours local time. Extension of stay in the same room is possible only if there is no confirmed reservation on it in favor of third parties.
    Check in time is 14.00. Check out time is 12.00. Guaranteed early check in – payment of 100% of the cost of the day.
    If you plan to leave the hotel after checkout time, we kindly ask you to inform the administrator in advance at the reception. Extension of stay in the hotel until 18.00 is 50% of the room rate, after 18.00 – 100% of the room rate.
    Mode of operation of the hotel – non-stop.
    Accommodation (settling) in a hotel of citizens is carried out only upon presentation by the consumer of a document proving his identity, executed in the prescribed manner, including: passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation; birth certificate – for a person under the age of 14; a passport certifying the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation outside the Russian Federation – for a person permanently residing outside the Russian Federation; military ID; seaman’s passports; a passport of a foreign citizen or another document established by federal law or recognized in accordance with an international treaty of the Russian Federation as a document certifying the identity of a foreign citizen; a document issued by a foreign state and recognized in accordance with an international treaty of the Russian Federation as a document certifying the identity of a stateless person; temporary residence permits of a stateless person; residence permit of a stateless person.
    If the guest agrees with the current hotel rules and accommodation, a contract for the provision of hotel services is deemed to be concluded.
    The hotel has the right to conclude a contract for booking seats. Subject to availability, the administration accepts reservations from businesses and individuals in writing or by telephone. At the time of booking, accommodation or in case of a free settlement, the guest chooses the room category, and the right to choose a particular room belonging to this category remains with the hotel administration. If the guest does not check in, the room reserved earlier is charged for the actual simple room in the amount of the cost of accommodation per day. If you are late for more than a day, the reservation is canceled. The guaranteed reservation for a room is available from 2:00 pm until 12:00 pm the next day, i.e. checkout time. Non-guaranteed reservation for a room is removed at 18:00 on the day of arrival.
    Payment for accommodation and services at the hotel, are carried out according to the price list approved by the hotel management. Payment is made in rubles, in cash, by non-cash transfer under a booking agreement or using settlement (credit) cards. Check-in to the hotel is made only after the guest makes a 100% prepayment for the entire estimated period of stay or for the first night. The fiscal receipt is issued upon payment for the service, and the final invoice for the services actually rendered is issued upon departure of the guest.
    In the event that a guest refuses to stay or shortens the period of residence, the administration has the right to withhold from the advance payment made by the guest (his guarantor) an amount in the amount of the cost of one overnight stay. This amount is a fee for reserving a room in the name of the guest for the entire period of his stay.
    At the request of the residents, with the consent of the administration, it is allowed to have outsiders in the room from 08:00 to 23:00; To do this, the visitor must present an identification card at the registration desk and receive a guest card.
    In case of a visitor’s delay in the guest’s room after 23:00 or the wire to the hotel by a registered guest of an unauthorized person at night (from 23:00 to 08:00 o’clock), these persons should be made available for sharing in the guest’s room. For such sharing, a fee is charged according to the price list approved by the hotel.
    The hotel provides additional services to the guest for a fee according to his wishes in accordance with the list and price list for additional services.
    The hotel is not responsible for the work of urban services (emergency shutdown of electricity and heat, water).
    Resident must:
    when leaving the room close the water taps, windows, turn off the lights, TV;
    to comply with the hotel’s policies, cleanliness, silence and public order in the room and hotel;
    strictly observe the rules of fire safety;
    indemnify in case of loss, damage or damage to hotel property. Damage assessment is made on the basis of the “price list for damage to hotel property”;
    be responsible for the actions of visitors invited to their room;
    eliminate the possibility of infection in the room;
    timely and in full to pay all the additional services provided by the hotel;
    No smoking in the room and in the public areas of the hotel. When establishing the fact of smoking, on the basis of the act, the guest is obliged to pay damages in the amount of the room rate per day;
    to observe the peace and quiet of the citizens, without violating the night discipline in the hotel’s territory from 23.00 to 7.00. In case of violation of discipline by the participants of a group arrival, the responsibility lies with the head of this group. When establishing the fact of violation of night discipline, the guest is obliged on the basis of the act to compensate for 1,000 rubles for not observing silence in the hotel’s premises.
    The hotel does not allow:
    leave unauthorized persons in the room, as well as transfer the number key card to them;
    store bulky items, flammable materials, weapons, chemical and radioactive substances, mercury;
    smoking in the rooms, as well as other areas and public areas of the hotel;
    be in a state of strong alcoholic or drug intoxication;
    use heating devices if it is not provided in the hotel room;
    disturb the peace of guests staying in the neighboring rooms.
    The administration is not responsible for the loss of valuable guest things in the room. Guest can always use the service safe. In case of discovery of forgotten things, the administration takes measures to return them to their owners.
    Calls to the city of Gagarin to landline phone numbers are free. Calls to mobile phones, to other cities and countries are charged separately at fixed rates, calls must be paid at the reception.
    The book of comments and suggestions is at the reception of the hotel and is issued at the request of the guest.
    The hotel management reserves the right to visit the room without the consent of the guest in case of smoke, fire, flooding, as well as in case of violation of the present order of residence, public order, use of household appliances by the guest.
    The hotel has the right to terminate the contract for the provision of hotel services unilaterally, or refuse to extend the period of stay in case of violation by the guest of the order of residence, late payment of hotel services, causing the guest material damage to the hotel.
    In the absence of a guest at the place of residence more than 2 hours after the arrival of his checkout time, the hotel has the right to create a commission and make an inventory of the property located in the room. Material values ​​in the form of cash, precious metals, valuable documents, the administration takes under its responsibility. Other property is in service.
    In case of complaints from the guest, the administration takes all possible measures to resolve the conflict, as provided for by law.
    The administration has the right to refuse guests and visitors of the hotel to provide any services indicated in the price list for medical reasons and in the event of aggression by the guest regarding staff and other guests, aggression or actions threatening the health or property of others.
    In cases of gross violation of the rules of conduct or safety measures by guests and visitors, the hotel administration has the right to refuse guests and visitors to continue staying on the hotel’s territory with an obligatory drawing up of an act on this violation and inviting employees of the competent authorities if necessary.
    In the event that the guest’s holiday is terminated in accordance with clauses 6.1 and 6.2, the guest in respect of whom the holiday stoppage measure was applied, the refund for the paid, but unrealized accommodation services is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
    The hotel is not responsible for the health of the guest in the case of their use of beverages and products purchased outside the hotel.
    Payment for all services is made prior to the provision of services.
    In cases not covered by these rules, the administration and the guest are guided by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
